Coaching sessions

Coaching typically consists of a series of one-on-one sessions between you and your coach, each lasting between 60 and 90 minutes.

Coaching sessions via Microsoft Teams videoconference are also available upon request. To maintain effective progress, the recommended frequency is:

  • 1 week between the 1st and 2nd sessions
  • 2 weeks between the 3rd and 4th sessions
  • 3 weeks between sessions 5 through 10
