A Contract Aligned with Your Goals
A professional coaching contract is an agreement between two parties—or three, in the case of a tripartite arrangement—when the client is not the direct subscriber but wishes to engage the services of a professional coach.
It also outlines the obligations and responsibilities of each party.
A professional coaching contract sets the tone for the relationship between the coach and the coachee.
Coaching sessions
Coaching typically consists of a series of one-on-one sessions between you and your coach, each lasting between 60 and 90 minutes.
The location is chosen by the coachee and agreed upon with their employer. Sessions may take place within the organization or outside of it, with a preference for in-person meetings. Coaching sessions via Microsoft Teams videoconference are also available upon request.
To maintain effective progress, the recommended frequency is:
- 1 week between the 1st and 2nd sessions
- 2 weeks between the 3rd and 4th sessions
- 3 weeks between sessions 5 through 10
